About Kyleigh Hindson
Director Kyleigh Hindson LL.B(Hons) has been admitted to practise as a barrister and solicitor of the Supreme Court of Victoria, the Supreme Court of the Northern Territory, the Federal Court of Australia, the High Court of Australia and as a solicitor of the Supreme Court of Queensland.
Kyleigh practised for over 10 years as solicitor in both the public and private sectors and has extensive litigation experience including the conduct and carriage of numerous precedent setting cases in the Federal Court of Australia and the Full Court of the Federal Court of Australia. Kyleigh's legal experience included the areas of administrative law, employment law, native title and Aboriginal Land Rights, commercial law, contract law, mining law, property law, land law and criminal law.
Kyleigh has been a Partner and Director of Stones Throw since 2005 and is primarily responsible for providing investigative and review services including the conduct of workplace investigations and Australian Public Service Code of Conduct investigations, reviews of administrative decisions and actions, reviews of employment actions and decisions and exercising delegated discretionary administrative decision making and specialised assessment functions. Kyleigh is also a Delegate of the Child Support Registrar
